These terms govern your use of nodepipelinebase.digital and enquiries made to NodePipeline Base Advisory (“we”, “us”), a professional practice at 128 Jalan Kepayang Kawasan 18, Klang, Selangor, 41050, Malaysia. By using this site you agree to these terms.

What we offer

We provide time-bounded financial audits of applications used for vendor payment management: payment-run reconstructions, duplicate-payment examinations, bank-file integrity reviews, match-control testing, payment-duty walkthroughs, and vendor bank-detail change reviews. Website content is informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign a statement of work.

No online checkout

This site does not process payments, store card details, or complete purchases. Fees listed on /pricing/ are starting points for conversation. Invoices are issued offline under a written agreement.

Enquiries

Contact forms send a message for our review. Submitting a form does not create an engagement, reserve a date, or constitute acceptance of a proposal.

Use of the site

You may browse, print, and share pages for internal evaluation of our services. You may not scrape the site at a volume that impairs others’ access, misrepresent an affiliation with us, or use our content to imply we audited an application we have not been engaged to examine.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and original graphics are owned by NodePipeline Base Advisory unless a third-party licence applies (for example, photographs served from public image hosts). Working papers delivered under an engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the statement of work.

Accuracy

We take care with descriptions of our method. Application behaviour varies. Nothing on this site is a substitute for an engagement scoped to your environment, nor is it legal, tax, or statutory-audit advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. Liability for contracted work is limited as set out in the relevant statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Selangor have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
