Many vendor payment applications offer a match check that looks decisive in a demo. In a live run, quantity and price tolerances, parked invoices, and a “continue anyway” button decide whether an unmatched bill still reaches the payment proposal.
Match-control testing samples those paths. We ask whether the application blocked the invoice, parked it, or let a named clerk widen the tolerance for the day.
A short list of hard stops versus click-throughs is usually enough for the next configuration window. The testing we sell is the first reconstruction, not a permanent dashboard.
